MeCare Pty Ltd in Berkeley (Illawarra region) and Cessnock (Hunter Valley) is seeking a compassionate Residential Care Worker in a casual role to support residents with dignity, independence and quality of life.

You will provide direct personal care, assist with mobility, meals, and daily activities; maintain a clean, secure environment; and work closely with residents, families and the care team to deliver person-centred care.
