We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our growing HR Technology practice. This role is ideal for a highly motivated consultant with extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, release management, and application support across large enterprise environments.

Working closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical specialists, and offshore delivery teams, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions that improve employee experience and streamline HR processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise transformation programs supporting global organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules in accordance with business needs and best practices.
- Participate in global implementation and rollout projects.
- Lead half-yearly SAP SuccessFactors release management activities, including impact analysis, testing, client demonstrations, and production deployment.
- Manage annual Compensation and Performance review cycles.
- Configure and maintain Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Onboarding, and People Profile.
- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and maintain security governance.
- Develop reports, dashboards and People Analytics solutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing and production releases.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Prepare functional specifications,



configuration documentation and knowledge transfer material.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to offshore delivery teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and solution reviews.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- 15+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Strong functional knowledge across multiple SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

- Master's Degree (desirable)
