About the Role

This position is primarily focused on doctor meetings, relationship management, and business development. You will represent our radiology clinic within the medical community, strengthen referral partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth.

This is a sales and customer engagement role within healthcare.

No prior radiology experience? No problem. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with GPs, specialists, and referrers




- Promote our radiology services and communicate key service offerings
- Build and maintain strong, long-term referrer relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and implement business development strategies
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Represent the clinic at networking events and industry meetings
- Collaborate with management to achieve marketing and growth targets

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident, outgoing, and relationship driven
- Comfortable in a sales focused role
- Highly organised and proactive
- A strong communicator (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional in presentation and approach

You will also require:

- A valid driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle

Ideal Background (Preferred but Not Essential)

- Sales, marketing, or business development experience
- Healthcare or medical industry exposure
- Customer service or account management experience
- Qualifications in business, communications, marketing, or healthcare
