West Moreton Health is seeking casual Food Safety Supervisors to oversee protected food handling across Gatton, Laidley and Esk. You will ensure compliance with the food safety program, prepare meals for special dietary needs, rotate stock and monitor quality, and report maintenance needs while applying and enforcing health guidelines.
Vaccination against specified diseases is required and the Accredited Food Safety Supervisor qualification must be obtained within three months if not already held.
