Position: Commercial Account Manager
Location: Sydney CBD (flexible home working)
Package: $150,000 - $180,000 +super

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a well-established and highly respected insurance brokerage based in Sydney CBD.
This role offers the rare opportunity to inherit an existing portfolio of commercial clients, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships while identifying new business opportunities to continue growing the NSW and Eastern Region.

The Opportunity

- Take over a well-established portfolio of commercial clients.
- Manage and grow a diverse book across a broad range of industries and policy lines.
- Develop recent business through referrals, networking and market engagement.




- Meet with clients and prospects to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored risk solutions.
- Build strong relationships with insurers and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal broking and support teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Play a key role in the continued growth of the NSW and Eastern Region.

About You
Our client is looking for an experienced insurance skilled who brings:

- Previous experience as a Commercial Account Manager, Account Executive or Senior Broker.
- Strong technical knowledge across a variety of commercial insurance products and industries – experience in the Technology space would be desirable
- Experience managing mid-market and/or corporate clients.
- A proven ability to build lasting client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Confidence in networking, attending client meetings and developing referral partnerships.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent communication skills.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or equivalent).
