About The Service

KU Killarney Heights, located in the Northern Beaches close to the bush. Our 40-place Exceeding rated preschool operates Monday to Friday from 8am - 3:30pm.

The team cherish their vibrant and expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, where there are endless opportunities for play and learning.

We have chickens who love wondering around the service and engaging with the children who have an active role in caring for them and our gardens. The team believe in nurturing a deep respect for nature.

About The Role

We have available a rare prospect for an educator with a completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification to join the team.

This is a permanent part-time position working Wednesday to Friday (7.6 hours per day). Access to our casual pool is also available should you wish to pick up extra hours.

This will suit someone who enjoys both indoor and outdoor curriculum.

About the criteria:

Along with relevant working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)and a sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), you will need:

- A current and valid NSW Working with Children Check
- An ACECQA recognised Certificate III qualification
- A National Child Safety Training Certificate
