About the Firm Our client is a well-established boutique commercial law firm based in Brisbane's western suburbs with a loyal client base and a strong reputation across property and commercial law.

The firm is looking to appoint an experienced Property & Commercial Lawyer to join their growing practice. Rather than operating like a traditional larger firm, the focus here is on delivering exceptional client service in a supportive and sustainable environment. There is no billable hour targets, no hot desking and no expectation that you'll regularly work beyond standard office hours.

Instead, you'll enjoy quality work, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients while working alongside experienced practitioners.

The Opportunity

You’ll advise on a broad range of matters, including:

- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial conveyancing
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Property development matters
- Commercial loan and security documentation
- General commercial advisory work

The practice acts for a diverse client base, including businesses, investors and private clients, providing varied and interesting work across both property and commercial matters.

About You

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have minimum 4+ years' post-admission experience in property and commercial law.
