We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Producer to take ownership of our social presence and help shape how our brand connects with customers, candidates, and employees across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.This is a hands on role where you'll be responsible for the entire content journey, from concept development and content planning through to filming, editing, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.You'll have the chance to:Create engaging short-form video and visual contentOwn and manage social media content calendarsDevelop creative campaigns aligned with brand and business goalsEngage with online communities and build audience advocacyAnalyse performance data and optimise content strategy to support business objectives, audience growth, lead generation and customer acquisitionCollaborate with external content production, creative and paid performance agency partners to maximise campaign effectiveness and brand reachStay ahead of trends, platform updates,
