Independent Living Specialists (ILS) is seeking a Showroom Manager for our Penrith showroom. You will lead a dedicated team, drive sales, manage stock and administrative tasks, and enhance the customer experience in assistive technology and mobility equipment.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, reporting on showroom performance, and building community relationships. A solid retail background and people leadership are essential to succeed in this role.
