Westpac invites Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students in their final year or recent graduates to join a structured graduate pathway that starts in February 2027. You’ll join Westpac as a permanent employee, with rotations across business areas to build confidence and grow your career in a supportive, inclusive community.
The program runs for 12 to 24 months with learning, mentoring and exposure to diverse teams.
