What We Offer:

- Base salary of $36 – $47 per hour + uncapped commissions and bonuses. Average performers will add an extra $200 a week,



with top performers consistently earning $500 per week in commissions
- Fully paid training from day one, including hands‑on coaching in communication, customer engagement, and sales systems that transfer far beyond this role.
- Performance‑based progression into leadership and running your own sales team. High performers don’t get stuck, they move up.
