- Base salary range: $4368.80 to $4678.10 p.f. (f/t)

- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
/n
In this role you will provide direct nursing care, clinical support, education and guidance to patients and nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence‐based and patient‐centred care. You will support a range of services including central intake, post‐acute care and hospital avoidance programs, while assisting with care planning, general clinic duties, wound management, and the coordination of care to achieve positive patient outcomes.
