We are seeking an experienced Exterior Garden Maintenance professional to join the team at Indoor Plant Solutions, based in Brookvale NSW 2100. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of our valued clients across the Northern Beaches region.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality garden maintenance services that exceed client expectations and reflect our commitment to excellence in landscaping. This role involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, managing multiple properties, and ensuring every garden is maintained to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Performing regular garden maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, edging, hedging and pruning
- Maintaining garden beds, mulching and weeding to ensure a neat and healthy appearance
- Operating and maintaining garden equipment and machinery safely and responsibly
- Responding promptly to client requests and addressing any garden concerns or issues
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance schedules and client preferences
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and industry best practices
- Building robust relationships with clients and representing Indoor Plant Solutions professionally
- Contributing to team projects and supporting colleagues when required
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in exterior garden maintenance or landscaping, ideally within the Sydney metropolitan area or similar climates
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs and seasonal garden care requirements
- Proficiency in operating garden machinery such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws and blowers
- A current, valid driver's licence with a reliable vehicle for travelling between client properties
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour throughout the working day
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A commitment to health and safety practices and environmental responsibility
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple properties
- Certificate III in Landscape/Horticulture or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Current First Aid certification is advantageous
