Job Details:
Our client is looking for a Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This is a six-year-old ‘state of the art’ purpose-built co-location clinic, fully equipped to support you with the best opportunity to provide positive outcomes for your patients and clients. The facilities include CR x-rays, dental x-rays, ultrasound, In-house blood machines, microscope and tonometry, to name a few. They have two spacious consulting rooms, dog and cat wards, an isolation ward, large treatment area and sterile operating theatre.
The entire team have a genuine love of what they do and a desire to make a difference in the lives of people, pets and their community. With regularly visiting diagnostic imaging specialists and an experienced orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeon from their wider clinic family, there’s not much they don’t do here, and the case load is fantastic.
Just an hour’s drive from Sydney CBD and is a suburb of the rapid-growing area of Western Sydney.

What you’ll be doing each day
- Delivering personalised, professional and dedicated care to their patients and owners
- Handling and treating all animals
- Regular consults and routine surgery
- Using evidence-based diagnoses, therapies and recommended courses of treatmentProviding follow-up care and education of their pet owners
- Confidently working as a sole practitioner in the clinic when required
What you’ll bring
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a commitment to gold standards of care
- Passion for pets (naturally), with excellent animal handling skills
- Registration or eligibility for veterinary registration in Australia
- Exceptional organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Interest in, and commitment to, working in a team environment
