You will assess participants, design bespoke physiotherapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support independent living and mobility.You will work within Support at Home and NDIS services, promoting evidence-based practices, patient education, and families' involvement to optimise outcomes.
Registration with AHPRA and a police check are required.
