We are partnering with a well established global infrastructure business to recruit an experienced Senior Legal Counsel. This is a key growth role. You will join a high-calibre, commercially focused legal team and play a central role in enabling the business to secure and deploy power at scale, supporting both current operations and new market entries in this fast-moving, high-stakes sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead legal support on energy procurement and power arrangements, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), grid connection and access agreements, energy offtake structures, and hedging arrangements.
Support corporate transactions, project financings, and related deals tied to energy assets and infrastructure platforms.
Advise on the development and delivery of energy and data centre infrastructure projects, including EPC and construction contracts, equipment supply agreements, and operations & maintenance (O&M;) arrangements.
Partner closely with commercial, development, and technical teams to structure bankable, scalable energy solutions for large-scale power users.




Manage external counsel efficiently across multiple jurisdictions (primarily Australia, US, and Canada).
Provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal and commercial advice to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders in a quick-growth setting.
About You
7 + years post-qualification experience from a top-tier firm
Commercially sharp, pragmatic, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth global business.
Genuine interest in the intersection of renewable energy, infrastructure development, and next-generation technology.
