Hawkesbury Brewing Co is an award-winning independent beverage manufacturer based in Lisarow on the NSW Central Coast. Proudly recognised as the Champion Medium Australian Brewery, we produce a wide range of beer and other beverages enjoyed across Australia.
We're passionate about quality, innovation and continuous improvement, producing everything from beer and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages to non-alcoholic and functional drinks. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for reliable, motivated people to join our production team and help produce exceptional beverages in a modern manufacturing environment.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role working across all areas of beverage production. Experience in brewing or beverage manufacturing isn't essential—we're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working as part of our production team, you'll assist in producing, packaging and dispatching a diverse range of high-quality beverages while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Brewing and cellar operations
- Producing and packaging beer, RTDs and other beverages
- Operating,
monitoring and adjusting production equipment
- Canning, kegging, labelling and palletising finished products
- Cleaning and sanitising production equipment (CIP)
- Receiving and handling raw materials
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- General warehouse duties
- Maintaining quality assurance, food safety and workplace safety standards
- Assisting with stock control and inventory
- General housekeeping and cleaning
