HCF Australia is seeking a Customer Member Care Consultant to deliver exceptional service to our members by phone, within a busy Parramatta contact centre.
You will promote HCF products with empathy and strive for First Contact Resolution across interactions.
This permanent, full time role requires working 37.5 hours weekly, with initial in-office training for three months in Parramatta before transitioning to a hybrid pattern (minimum two days in the office per week).
