Bertas in Marrickville is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and lead our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on management role, with responsibilities across coffee, food, presentation and staff performance.
You will work closely with the owners to ensure productive operations, strong customer service and a positive workplace culture. Availability for weekends and willingness to step into the kitchen when needed are essential.
