Salesperson with Real Estate Registration | No Costs to start

Suburbia Real Estate is a boutique agency with a proven track record across Canberra's north-side and inner-south residential market. We settle around 100 quality sales every year and we're growing. We're looking for a registered salesperson who's ready to do the work and get the results to match and reward their efforts with no limits to an income.

THE ROLE

You’ll run open homes, follow up warm buyer leads from our portals and database, and service active clients throughout the purchase process, all with daily mentoring from two experienced agents. The expectation is that you’re building your skills and database with the goal of becoming a full-time standalone agent.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Current ACT real estate registration or licence (interstate licence with intention to transfer considered)
- Confident, warm communicator, you're excellent on the phone and even better in person
- Disciplined follow-up habits, you do what you say you will, every time
- Coachable and competitive, you want to improve and take constructive criticism to become the best version of yourself
- Comfortable working some evenings and weekends as part of the role to service our clients’
