Available Positions
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our Narellan Vale team in the following roles:
- Room Assistants - Full Time (Mon-Fri ) 38 hours
- Room Assistants - Part Time (Mon-Fri ) 30 hours

The Role
These positions require qualified early childhood professionals who are committed to providing high-quality education and care. This is an excellent prospect to contribute to Montessori Academy’s outstanding educational program and support the holistic development of children.
In these roles, you will:
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children
- Develop and implement the Children’s Program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children and staff
- Uphold the service’s philosophy in all aspects of your work
- Communicate effectively with families regarding daily events and children’s progress
- Maintain observations and documentation of individual children's development
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and EYLF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of family engagement
- Commitment to the holistic development of children
