We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Manager to lead a high-performing healthcare recruitment team, driving growth across our healthcare divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact - leading from the front, developing recruiters, strengthening client partnerships, and growing a thriving desk and team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day recruitment excellence, empowering your team to deliver outstanding results while identifying new opportunities to expand your client portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of healthcare recruiters to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Drive team performance across revenue, placements, fill rates and client & candidate satisfaction.
- Build,



maintain and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers, becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
- Identify and convert current business opportunities while growing existing key accounts.
- Coach and develop consultants through regular training, performance reviews and hands-on support.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute growth strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay across healthcare workforce trends to identify market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

About You

You're an experienced agency recruitment leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You know how to build successful teams, develop recruiters into top performers, and create lasting client relationships that generate repeat business. You'll bring:

- Previous leadership experience within an agency recruitment environment (healthcare recruitment highly regarded).
- A proven track record of exceeding sales, revenue and team performance targets.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for driving growth and delivering results.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
