The Role: Help Shape the Future of Our Practice
We are looking for multiple Physiotherapists to join our growing team on a full-time, part-time, casual, or locum basis (hours negotiable) across our North Perth, Fremantle, and Banksia Grove clinics in Perth, Western Australia.
This dynamic role involves patient care, collaboration with third-party organisations, and delivering comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation programs for a diverse range of clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and geriatric conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and rehabilitation needs.
Assess mobility, function, and equipment requirements, and prescribe appropriate mobility aids and assistive devices.
Develop individualised treatment plans and goals tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives.
Deliver evidence-based treatments, including:
Supervised exercise programs
Manual therapy
Equipment prescription and training
Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including medical practitioners, family members, support coordinators, and other stakeholders, to provide high-quality client care.
Conduct home-based assessments and community visits where required.
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience working as a Physiotherapist in private practice is highly regarded; however, motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months).
Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
