- Deliver excellent customer service to major accounts in branch, by phone, and via email, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships
- Support sales activity on key projects and major accounts, identifying recent leads and growth opportunities within the lighting and electrical sectors
- Manage major account orders and projects, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and comprehensive project documentation
