Kingston City Council is seeking a Team Leader Organisational Development to lead culture, capability and workforce performance. Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, you will shape programs that build capacity and employee experience across Council.
You will work with Executives, Managers and Team Leaders to implement contemporary development initiatives, drive engagement, inclusion and wellbeing, and use data to inform decisions.
