Essential Distribution Aus Pty Ltd. JOB TITLE or POSITION: Business Analyst – ANZSCO 224999 Information and Organisation Professionals nec. REPORTING TO: The position reports to the Chief Operations Officer ( COO ).

QUALIFICATION: Must hold equivalent to Australian Qualification Framework ( AQF ) Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in relevant field including at least one (1) year of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience in a similar role. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum one (1) year of full-time or part-time equivalent work experience in a similar role. Oral and written communication skills of a level to take instruction and provide information to other staff, management, and owners.

Ability to work and manage a small team, also to work independently. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for an enthusiastic employee with the right skill set and experience to join our team. Analysing business operations, workflows, and performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased operational efficiency.

Preparing and interpreting business, sales, inventory, and financial reports to support management decision-making. Managing product master data, pricing, inventory information, and business records across Neto and Shortcut POS systems. Conducting pricing, profitability, and margin analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.

Coordinating inventory planning, product implementation,



and operational activities for new store openings. Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate purchasing, product information, and operational requirements. Leading business improvement initiatives by reviewing existing procedures, recommending solutions, and implementing more effective business processes.
