Access Telehealth is seeking an Experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse based in Rutherford and the Central Coast. You will work on site with residents in RACHs, coordinating care and using clinical judgement to prevent gaps in care.
This full time role excludes graduate nurses and offers Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm shifts with no nights or weekends. You’ll run GP and specialist rounds, support facility nurses, and engage families through clear communication and reliable documentation.
