Elders is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead a merchandise sales team, apply expert product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service while building long-lasting relationships with clients in rural markets.
You will be responsible for developing merchandise plans, meeting KPIs and exploring recent business opportunities within Elders’ extensive regional network.
