Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced nursing leader to manage a medium-sized residential aged care facility in NSW’s Central West region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive high-quality person-centred care and support accreditation standards.

Reporting to the Regional Manager and collaborating with your clinical lead, you will lead a team, manage budgets, HR, and drive workforce development while promoting resident and staff wellbeing.
