Little Peoples Early Learning are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader to join our Tamworth South Centre.

As an Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader, you will play a vital role in driving the curriculum and pedagogy of our service, you will be responsible for;
Mentoring and guiding educators to ensure learning programs are reflective, intentional and responsive to the needs of the children and in alignment to the Early Years Framework EYLF and the National Quality Standards (NQF)
Work closely with the Nominated Supervisor to drive continuous Improvement.
Observing and evaluating each child's development and adjusting educational programs to meet their needs.
Collaborate with families, children and the community to embed inclusive and culturally responsive practices.
Monitor and document curriculum outcomes and ensure programs meet regulatory and quality standards.
Facilitating reflective practice, professional discussions and ongoing critical thinking with the team.
Promoting an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs.
Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

You will need:
A current NSW Working with Children Check
A completed ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree (working towards will be considered)
Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices(or willing to obtain)
Completed Geccko National Child Safety Reform Training (or willing to complete before commencement)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma andAnaphylaxis Management certificates (or willing to obtain)
