Dental Assistant & Receptionist (3-4 days a week, Sydney City)

Lumina Dental is looking for an experienced staff that can be both Dental Assistant (Main) / Receptionist (Minor) to join our friendly and qualified team.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced energetic, well-presented, and highly organised Dental Assistant & Receptionist who enjoys working in a team and providing excellent patient care.

*Note - You won't be acting as an assistant & receptionist on the same day, you will be an assistant for 2 shifts and receptionist for another 2 shifts.

Responsibilities

- Chairside assisting during dental procedures




- Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments and coordinating daily schedules
- Supporting dentists to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant & receptionist
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Understanding of infection control standards
- Australian working rights
- Japanese, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a plus but not essential
