You will translate requirements into user-centred designs that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with regulatory standards while working closely with marketing and technology teams.
You will create wireframes, flows and high-fidelity assets, and you’ll apply UX best practices to scalable, reusable components, supporting end-to-end member journeys across web and email.
