UPA is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen at Ascott Gardens, a 78-bed Residential Aged Care home in Orange NSW. This full-time role oversees Chefs, Cooks and Food Services Assistants, delivering nutritious meals to residents and maintaining high food quality.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with competitive salary, not-for-profit salary packaging benefits, and a retention bonus for permanent staff. The role emphasizes leadership, HACCP knowledge, and robust food safety practices.
