Social-first agency WE THE PEOPLE is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Social Creative Producer (Editorial Creative) to join our growing team in either Sydney, Melbourne or Auckland, NZ.

About This Role

As a Snr Social Creative Producer (Editorial Creative), you'll be working across a range of editorial-focused video production & content projects for a large entertainment brand, acting as the key driver to deliver these projects at a world-class quality. Working alongside other editorial creatives within the agency, you'll be an 'owner of excellence' to help bring bold social-first ideas to life. You'll be a key driver in the ideation, production (editing) and delivery of social content that engages a broad audience across ANZ.

In this role, you'll be...

- Ideating and creating engaging social-first content ideas across a range of platforms from tactical ideas through to bigger platform ideas across static, video and design graphics.
- Contribute social-first editorial content on a daily basis; demonstrating proficient video editing/design development skills and insight-led insights in the development of content.
- Implement content insights and learnings into owned content off shared analytics and data.
- Develop the strategy, tactics and integration of key social beats and content streams of work/titles for client partners.
- Be a proactive team member,



seeking above and beyond ideas that could deliver on client partner’s objectives and KPIs.

You’ll be bringing to the table...

- Minimum 4 years of social experience ideally with experience in an entertainment and/or editorial setting.
- The ability to manage multiple projects on the fly at once.
- Strong communication skills to confidently share ideas and present work to other team members and clients.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed on tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to work and delivering great results for clients.
- An enthusiastic attitude to creative and strategic challenges.
- A strong production foundation and/or experience in an agency environment will be viewed favourably.
