Metro Trains Sydney is seeking a Human Factors Specialist to join the Safety, Quality, Risk and Setting (SQRE) team. This role provides expert human factors advice across operations, projects and systems to improve safety, reduce risk and enhance performance across the network.
You'll embed human centred design and human factors principles into the way we work, ensuring our systems and operations support safe and efficient outcomes in a hybrid work setting (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
