About the Role
As aContract Administrator (Prestart Consultant) , you’ll play a key role in guiding our clients through one of the most exciting stages of their home-building journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients throughout the selections and contracts process
- Conducting prestart meetings at our Mount Pleasant office
- Preparing addenda and contract documentation
- Providing regular updates to clients via phone and email
- Creating and managing variations and related documentation
- Collaborating with our engaging Managers, Sales Consultants, and wider team
About You

- Can confidently read and interpret contracts, plans, and specifications

- Bring local experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry
