Lead Educator – Sinnamon Park

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our team at Bluebird Early Education in Sinnamon Park. The role is a full‑time, on‑site position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of educators in providing high quality early education and care.
- Implement and maintain teaching strategies aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Collaborate with families, staff and community to promote each child’s learning journey.

Qualifications & Essential Criteria

- Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working towards).
- Current valid blue card (employee).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates, or willingness to obtain these.
- Current child protection and food handling certificates,



or willingness to obtain these.
- Sound understanding of EYLF and NQS.
- Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with families, colleagues, stakeholders and community members.
