WA Insurance Builders in Busselton is seeking a Claims Support Officer to be the central contact for customers, insurers, project managers and subcontractors throughout the insurance repair process.
You will handle claim administration, data entry, scheduling, and communications, maintaining records in our claims management systems while supporting improvements to business processes.
The role is full time, with standard Monday–Friday hours; part-time hours may be considered.
