About the Role

Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front‑line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.

- Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Sound computer skills
- Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
- Availability to work alternating weekends
- Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
- Hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time‑to‑time
