Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Provide a high level of customer service at the reception desk, processing payments and health insurance claims, booking appointments and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in dental procedures and terminology (ongoing training will be provided to the right candidate).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dental software.
