Hamilton Island is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section at Beach Club Restaurant. You will prepare high-quality seafood dishes, support the execution of a dynamic menu, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, high-end workplace.
You’ll work closely with Sous and Head Chefs, maintain strict hygiene standards, and contribute to events and daily service while enjoying a tropical island lifestyle and subsidised staff accommodation.
