We've partnered with an expanding top‑tier Corporate practice looking to appoint a high‑calibre Associate or Senior Associate to its Sydney office.

This role sits within a market‑leading M&A; and Capital Markets team that advises on the largest and most complex public and private transactions in Australia. The work spans public M&A;, private M&A;, equity capital markets, private equity, corporate governance and broader advisory matters, with strong cross‑practice exposure across finance, tax and funds.

You will work closely with leading partners in a genuinely team-oriented national team and gain exposure across sectors including energy, infrastructure, mining, financial services, technology and health.

This opportunity will suit 3‑7PQE Commonwealth‑qualified lawyers from leading top‑tier, national or international firms who are looking to deepen their M&A; and capital markets experience in a high‑performing environment.
