The Bell/Garage Attendant reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for providing a memorable arrival experience and ensuring a seamless departure for guests during overnight hours.
What You Will Do
- Greet arriving guests during overnight hours and assist with luggage handling and room escorting
- Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and hotel entrance overnight
- Deliver guest amenities and handle messages with accuracy and discretion
- Support hotel security by monitoring guest areas and reporting unusual activity
- Assist guests with transportation needs, directions, and overnight concierge requests
- Coordinate luggage pulls for early morning departures and prepare for peak guest movement
- Liaise with Front Office and Security teams to support smooth overnight operations
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of service with professionalism and warmth
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a guest‑facing hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Physically able to lift and move luggage up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Strong communication skills and a guest‑first attitude
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Driver's licence that allows you to drive in NSW and confidence in driving all types of vehicles
