Job Description/n
This permanent, full‑time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for admin hours between service times. You will be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager.

Service location: Caringbah South NSW 2229.
Working Hours/n
Monday to Friday: 6:30 am – 9:00 am and 2:20 pm – 6:30 pm with 4.5 hours of admin.
Role Overview/n
As Director of Service, you will lead a team to create a safe, fun, compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing the service.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with the school and local community.

- Plan and deliver enriching experiences daily.

- Foster genuine relationships with children and families.

- Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.

- Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

- Completion of mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment.

- Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
