Yea & District Memorial Hospital (YDMH) is seeking a Wellbeing Navigator Peer to join our Mental Health and Wellbeing Local team in the Victorian Public Sector. This fixed-term role supports people aged 26+ to recover from mental health challenges and the Longwood Bushfire impacts, delivering peer-led, recovery-focused care.

You will provide compassionate, person-centred peer support, helping people navigate services, build on their strengths, and connect with the support they need to achieve
