Retail Area Managers – IGA Supermarkets (Multiple Positions)

Guru Brothers Food And Wine Merchant Pty Ltd – Canning Vale WA

We are seeking experienced Retail Area Managers to oversee multiple supermarket locations, with a focus on department-level performance across Grocery, Dairy, Fruit & Veg, and Meat. You must be available to travel to regional areas in Western Australia as planned.

Available Positions

- 1 X Grocery Specialist
- 1 X Dairy Specialist
- 1 X Meat Specialist

This is a hands‑on operational role requiring solid leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive consistency and performance across sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores within your region.
- Provide specialist support and direction across assigned departments.
- Drive sales, margin, and operational performance across all sites.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, including OH&S; and Food Safety.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store and Department Managers.
- Monitor stock control, shrinkage,



and presentation standards.
- Travel regularly between sites to maintain operational oversight.

About You

- Proven experience in a senior retail or supermarket management role of at least 5 years.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage multiple sites.
- Solid understanding of your department.
- Commercially minded with a focus on results and accountability.
- Prepared for regional travel as required and planned.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

Salary circa $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 PA plus superannuation.

Fully maintained company vehicle provided.
