About the Role

Retail Team Leader’s demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

Availability

The successful candidate will be required to have availability from Sunday to Thursday. (Penalty rates apply to weekend shifts)

Responsibilities

- Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers




- Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock – a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day
- Lead the team to enhance showroom & product displays
- Manage planograms and use your creativity to ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard
- Support store standards and inter‑store merchandising guidance

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
- Multitasking & prioritisation skills
- Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
- Availability to work Sunday to Thursday, or as discussed with Manager
- Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time‑to‑time
- Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
