This role will suit an ambitious Financial Accountant who wants broader exposure, leadership responsibility and the opportunity to influence decision-making across the business.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance function, mentoring team members, driving process improvements and delivering meaningful financial insights to senior stakeholders.

The Role

- Prepare monthly management reporting and financial analysis
- Assist with financial control, compliance and governance activities
- Support tax compliance obligations including BAS and statutory reporting
- Partner with stakeholders across operations and commercial teamsLead and develop finance team members




- Contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting

About You

- Background in Financial Accounting (typically 5 years)
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, inventory-based or product-focused environments preferred
- Leadership experience or clear leadership potential
- Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
- CPA or CA qualified
