CSL Limited is seeking a Senior Director, Company Secretariat and Corporate Governance to lead governance and legal strategy at a global ASX-listed organisation. You will advise the Board, shape governance frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance and oversee disclosure responsibilities.
The role reports to the Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance, managing a small team and partnering with executives to drive policy, governance standards and capital management initiatives across
