About the Role

Our new Lacoste Moorabbin store is currently seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join the team. Must be excited to be part of a brand relaunch, bring energy, style, and a customer‑first mindset to everything they do.

Must self‑mandate the mandate of 12‑month fixed contract, with the potential to be extended.

What You Will Work On

- Bring positive energy to every shift, support teammates, and help make the store welcoming for customers.
- Contribute to store sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with customers confidently, and driving add‑on sales to help the team reach targets.
- Bring the brand vision to life by representing our brand values in interactions with customers, maintaining the store, and delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
- Engage with customers, offer styling advice or product knowledge, and ensure every customer has a memorable experience.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards by keeping the store tidy,



well‑presented, and aligned with current visual guidelines so it always looks its best.
- Champion a fun and safe store environment by following safety procedures, promoting teamwork, and helping ensure every customer and team member enjoys their time in store.

Who We Are Looking For

- Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality or supermarket settings
- Passionate about fashion, luxury streetwear and sneaker culture
- Comfortable and confident working in a busy, energetic team environment
- Self‑motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Open to constructive feedback and keen to learn
- Available for late‑night trade and weekends
